Tangerine Orange Chocolate
After extracting concentrate from Jeju's flagship product, tangerines, the concentrate is vacuum freeze-dried and powderized, preserving the original taste, fragrance, and nutrients.

 

  
Cactus Chocolate
Fresh and delicious cactus fruits growing in Wolryung-ri, Hanlim-eup, North Jeju County are carefully selected and bought directly from farms. The cactus fruit is then vacuum freeze-dried and powderized, maintaining the original taste, fragrance and nutrients.

 

Green Tea Chocolate
The mid-mountains are very pristine and the green tea grown here is of high quality. We carefully select green tea at the farm and process it into powder using vacuum freeze-drying, which maintains the green tea's original taste, fragrance and nutrients.

 

Jeju Pineapple Chocolate
Pineapples grown in pristine Jeju are fresh and have an exotic taste, and are the prime ingredient of our Pineapple Chocolates. Through systematic processing we have created chocolates unique to Jeju.

 

Jeju Raspberry Chocolate
Raspberries grown in Jeju are vacuum freeze-dried and processed into powder which is then used in our Raspberry Chocolates.

 

Jeju Aloe Chocolate
Aloe grown in Jeju is vacuum freeze-dried and processed into powder, maintaining aloe's original taste, fragrance and nutrients.



Products made in Jeju Orange Co., Ltd. use raw materials grown in Jeju province. After being frozen at -40℃, ingredients are put in low vacuum at 0.1~1.0 torrs of pressure low vacuum to maintain the original nutrients and color of the ingredients and prevent contamination by foreign materials. The produced powder is made into chocolate after mixing with cocoa mass, powdered skim milk and chocolate raw materials.
The vacuum freeze-dried powder is then placed into an automated production line where it is incorporated into three solid bar layers of chocolate. This process allows customers to enjoy the fresh taste of Jeju.
