We have been producing tangerine orange chocolates since the first half of 2002. Our company is located within the Jeju Consolidated Tangerine Processing Complex located in Namwon, Jeju Island, which is the cleanest place in Korea as well as the production heartland of tangerines. From the standpoint of raw material supply and demand, raw material costs, and maintaining freshness, our factory is ideally located for using local agricultural goods. We also use Jeju agricultural products such as cacti, green tea, pineapples, raspberries, and aloe as raw materials, thereby stimulating demand as well as contributing to price stability. Our Jeju products garner favorable reactions not only in Jeju but also nationwide and overseas. We are steadily increasing the size of the Jeju products market.

We directly source our raw materials from farms in Jeju. The first step is cleaning the raw materials, after which they are flash-frozen at -40℃. After freezing, the ingredients are stored in a vacuum at 0.1~1.0 torrs of pressure while being sublimated to remove water from the ingredients for drying. This is called the vacuum freeze-drying process, which preserves ingredients' color, fragrance, and taste better than existing heat dryers. Also, some vitamins and other nutrients are vulnerable to heat, so use of freeze-drying can protect them. After freeze-drying, raw materials are then crushed into powder and processed into ingredients that can be used in chocolate. Once this powder is mixed with Cocoa mass and powdered skim milk in a mixer it becomes the raw material for chocolate.
